SportsOS — Academy Management

SportsOS is built for sports academy owners and coaches who want to stop managing operations on paper and WhatsApp groups. Every module — from player enrollment to fee collection to match scheduling — is designed to save you hours every week.

Player & Batch Management: Register players with photos and admission numbers. Organize them into batches by sport, age group, or skill level. Assign coaches to batches, set capacity limits, and track enrollment in real time. Import players and batches in bulk via CSV.

Attendance: Mark daily attendance batch-wise — on your phone or computer. The system generates monthly attendance reports with calendar views, calculates present/absent/leave counts per player, and can export reports as CSV. Bulk import via CSV is also supported.

Fee Management: Create flexible fee plans with monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing. Set registration fees, installment schedules (1–12 months), late fee rules (fixed or %), grace periods, GST, and discounts. Collect payments, generate receipts, and track overdue dues from the dashboard.

Performance Tracking: Record athlete metrics — speed, strength, accuracy — with custom units and benchmarks. Track progress over time with remarks and improvement notes. Bulk import performance data.

Matches & Events: Schedule matches, tournaments, trials, practice matches, and camps. Track participants, results, opponent details, and locations. Notify players and parents about upcoming events.

Coach & Technical Staff: Manage coach profiles, assign them to batches, and track coach activity. Add physiotherapists, nutritionists, and other technical staff with role-based access.

Reports & Analytics: Revenue reports, attendance trends, player growth charts, batch utilization rates, and coach activity summaries — all exportable to PDF and Excel.
